I do my best to make the server a safe place, and so do my mods. Keep in mind that you are not entitled to be there. we do not give out warnings if the offense is serious enough, and we may not give out warnings at all; if myself or another member of moderation sees fit, you will be removed. You may reach out to us and ask why, but we're not required to give you a response, especially if you've been blocked.If i block you after you've been banned, you're no longer welcome around me or my community. Don't push your luck with alts / attempt ban evasion to interact with me or anyone in the community and / or our server with ill intent - this will get you blacklisted from obtaining my designs, and obviously, enough harassment will provide grounds for a public statement and / or involvement of proper authorities.If i don't block you after the ban, you're free to interact outside of the server, just don't attempt to rejoin unless we come to that conclusion at some point. These bans may happen for a few reasons, and we'll usually reach out to provide answers to your linked social. If you choose to retaliate with this opportunity instead of having a mature discussion, you will be blocked.A Reminder: being in the same room as a stranger is different than being in the same country as a stranger; be considerate. chances are that you don't know eachother very well. i love ambers, browns, greens and hot pink!

No; for my own ocs / gandyre ocs that were unsold, I have never allowed this and I never will. For designs i've sold, you must ask the current owner for permission.more will be added with time!

= keys sold Logan around the time they left the platform in 2017-18 and changed their username. I was on ground zero and I believe I asked for a hold but they declined and Logan was sold to someone else (which yeah fair enough!!)= I haven't dug anything noteworthy up from Google, Deviantart or Toyhouse pertaining to Aluriium, Sadist(ic), keys, or the artists' galleries on TH that did these pieces. I know forgets-the-keys is on Twitter somewhere under a new name, during my first search their social links led me to it but i didn't write it down. generally I ask that we don't reach out to former owners and I don't reach out either if the sale didn't happen in the same year. They may not want to be bothered anyway y'know - it was almost 6 years ago!= Logan is easily confused with keys' other OCs, as they seemed to have had a specific taste, but Logan is always depicted with their steampunk goggles to my knowledge. Their blue-yellow eyes are a tell too.If they're found UFS, I'd love to buy them! But just knowing where they are is good enough for me. This cat was one of the final posts & designs Aluri shared before she left. We were pals and I like to keep some of her designs as a keepsake, so it'd mean the world if i could find this one!

This hunt's reward will be a raffle with two winners! Two designs will be given away, one per winner, aswell as $30 in shop credit for each winner.The first person to find a direct link to logan will receive two artwork or custom design slots of their choosing, abiding by my tos. larger pieces may have an extended turn-around time as i still have to make ends meet through this shop and i'll need to host the raffle aswell.= If I find them from clues / leads given by others, the users who provided them will receive 2 extra tickets to the raffle.= shop credit can be used anywhere i operate for purchasing premades + ychs or ordering customs + commissions, though my art / design terms still apply. By purchasing, creating, or otherwise obtaining a design from my Dyre species, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. I will always retain the right to continue to make Dyres.= You aren’t allowed to claim the species as your own or create a subspecies based on the design you purchase/create. Credit me for the species and/or design (if I made it!) when due.= If someone creates an oc similar to a Dyre after 3.10.22, you don’t have to tell me, tell them, nor harass them! I don’t mind. I just don’t want to be barred from making more in the future vahaha.= Dyres are an open species and anyone is welcome to create “critter with filling” ocs! Make ‘em, sell ‘em, trade ‘em, I don’t mind at all. They’re just animals mixed with some element or material, I don’t really own it and you don’t need permission.= Despite being an open species, however, I have the right to detach your oc(s) from the Dyre name if these terms are broken or the oc(s) cause harm in any way. I will not have my species associated with anything harmful, discriminatory, exclusive, etc.
You can still keep these ocs, just don’t call ‘em Dyres anymore. If you try to cause problems over it, you’ll be blocked and blacklisted from the community.= I will not tolerate toxicity or gatekeeping in this community. If I’m alerted to it, I will shut it down immediately, with no exceptions.= I am not responsible for any content others may create under the Dyre name, but I will do my best to ensure that it’s a safe, light-hearted community. For these, sometimes I'm open for trade requests!}A few rules= all of my artwork terms apply, and my design terms apply if you request a design.= for oc trades, you must have them verified on toyhouse or have proof of purchase otherwise!= for art trades, skill isn't really a factor. if i like your stuff, i'll consider!
mutuals do have an advantage of course. we'll complete the trade in wips- you send me your sketch, i'll send you mine, and the same for the other steps until we're finished! if you'd like for us to post them, just let me know!= design collabs follow the same structure as art trades, minus the wips. we can swap lines or coloring, or both!
